Rotary Club Officers
“Rotary is a way of life; I have been a member of Rotary since 1986 when I joined the Downey Rotary Club. I became a member of the Fountain Valley Club in 2003 and became president in July. Our support of the local schools is one of our greatest accomplishments as we have provided library books, E-books, computer software and supplies to our schools throughout the years. In addition we supported the World Games in conjunction with other city and service organizations as well as Thomas House. I am extremely proud to be part of the Fountain Valley Rotary Club as we continue serving the community in order to make our city a great place to live.”
“I originally joined Rotary as a networking tool for my business. I have stayed a Rotarian because of all the wonderful things we do to help others. I love Rotary; it has introduced me to a world of wonderful people and great new friends.”
"Being retired, Rotary has been a wonderful way stay active and meet interesting and active people, who are working to make our whole community better."

"Rotary has given me the satisfaction of giving back to the community by supporting recognition in our local schools of the Most Improved Students and the top teachers. Rotary International extends our service to projects in the world, such as; elimination of polio, clean water and scholarships for education and student exchange programs."
"When I was in high school 56 years ago I was in Wheel Club, a service organization sponsored by the local Rotary Club. So it was natural for me to join the Fountain Valley Rotary Club. I was fortunate enough to win a 4-yr, full tuition scholarship to the University of Miami. Four years later I had my BSEE degree. Without that scholarship it would have taken me many more years to work my way through college, so I vowed that I would give something back to society when I had the chance. After I retired from Boeing I joined the Fountain Valley Rotary Club and through them I have been helping to improve the City of Fountain Valley and the world."
