Financial structure
Fountain Valley Rotary Club Foundation is organized as a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity operated exclusively for charitable purposes and governed by a Board of Trustees. The operations of Fountain Valley Rotary Club, a member organization, are overseen by its Board of Directors.
